合同会社リプレイスメンツ(以下「当社」)は、すべてのユーザーが快適に当サイトをご利用いただけるよう、ウェブアクセシビリティの向上に取り組んでいます。

本サイトでは、Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 レベルAAを目安に、以下の対応を行っています。現在の状況は「一部確認済み」であり、全体がレベルAAに適合していると断言できる段階ではありません。

  • キーボードのみでの操作(メニューの開閉を含む)に対応
  • 本文および補足テキストの配色は、背景とのコントラスト比4.5:1以上を確保
  • 入力フォームの各項目に、内容が分かるラベルを設定
  • 見出し(h1〜h3)を、文章構造に沿った一貫した階層で使用
  • 装飾目的の画像には代替テキストを付与せず、内容を伝える画像には適切な代替テキストを設定
  • 「視差効果や動きを減らす」設定を有効にしている場合、スムーズスクロールや画面上の動きを停止
  • 本文へ直接移動できる「スキップリンク」を全ページに設置
  • ページの言語(日本語/英語)に応じて、HTML上の言語属性を適切に設定
  • キーボード操作時、今どの項目を選択しているかが分かるよう、サイトのデザインに合わせたフォーカス表示を設定
  • キーボード操作でフォーカスした項目が、画面上部に固定されたヘッダーの下に隠れないよう余白を確保

上記に満たない箇所や、さらに改善できる点もあると認識しており、継続的に見直しを行っています。現時点で把握している制約は次のとおりです。

  • スクリーンリーダー(画面読み上げソフト)での実機確認は、まだ行っていません。メニュー開閉の読み上げ対応は、HTMLの記述に基づくもので、実際の読み上げでの検証は未実施です。
  • 確認の方法は、HTMLとCSSの記述の確認、配色からのコントラスト比の計算、および自動検査ツール(Google Lighthouse)です。2026年11月7日に、公開前の同内容のサイトで、日本語・英語の主要20ページをPC幅とスマートフォン幅で検査し、アクセシビリティ項目で指摘ゼロ(100点)でした。ただし、自動検査で見つかるのは問題の一部に限られ、100点は適合を保証するものではありません。
  • 上記の確認は主要なページと共通部分が中心で、すべてのページのすべての要素を確認したものではありません。

本サイトは、アクセス解析(Google Analytics)、お問い合わせフォームの送信処理(Netlify Forms)など、外部のサービスを利用しています。これらの部分は、当社が直接制御できず、アクセシビリティに影響する場合があります。

更新履歴
2026-11-07:自動検査(Lighthouse)で見つかった、ページ本体を示す要素(main)の欠落、メニュー部品の不適切な属性、お問い合わせページの文字色(LINEバッジ・補足文)のコントラスト不足を修正しました。あわせて、Webフォントを外部のサーバーからの読み込みから、当サイト内からの配信に切り替えました(見た目の変更はありません)。日本語ページ内の英語表記に言語属性(lang="en")を設定、フッターの文字色のコントラスト比を4.5:1以上に調整、「動きを減らす」設定時にスムーズスクロールと画面上の動きを停止、メニュー開閉ボタンに名前と開閉状態(開いている/閉じている)の読み上げ情報を付与しました。あわせて、最終確認日・次回見直し予定、現在の状況、把握している制約、外部サービス、別形式での情報提供、ご連絡への対応期限を本ページに追記しました。
2026-10-29:サイトの英語ページを追加し、各ページの言語属性を英語/日本語に合わせて設定しました。
2026-09-15:目安とする基準をWCAG 2.1からWCAG 2.2へ引き上げ、キーボード操作時のフォーカス表示の拡充等を行いました。
2026-09-14:ブログページの日付・参考データ出典の表示で、コントラスト比が基準(4.5:1)を下回っていた箇所を発見し、修正しました。

Replacements, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we") is committed to making our website accessible and user-friendly for all visitors.

Our site is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a benchmark, and currently includes the following. Our current status is "partially verified": we cannot yet state that the whole site conforms to Level AA.

  • Full keyboard operability, including opening and closing the navigation menu
  • Text and supporting copy maintain a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against the background
  • Every form field is paired with a clear, descriptive label
  • Headings (h1–h3) follow a consistent structure that reflects the page's content hierarchy
  • Decorative images are marked accordingly, and images that convey information include descriptive alt text
  • Smooth scrolling and on-screen motion are turned off when your device's "reduce motion" setting is enabled
  • A "skip to content" link is available on every page
  • The HTML language attribute is set correctly for each page (Japanese or English)
  • Keyboard focus indicators are styled to match the site's design, so it's always clear which item is currently selected
  • Sufficient spacing ensures a keyboard-focused item is never hidden behind the fixed header

We recognize there are areas that fall short of this benchmark, and opportunities for further improvement, and we continue to review and refine the site. Known limitations at this time:

  • We have not yet tested with real screen readers. The menu toggle's open/closed announcement is based on the HTML markup and has not been verified in actual screen reader output.
  • Our checks consist of reviewing the HTML and CSS, calculating contrast ratios from the site's colours, and running an automated tool (Google Lighthouse). On 7 November 2026, we scanned 20 main Japanese and English pages at desktop and mobile widths on the pre-release version of the same content, with no issues reported (score 100) in the accessibility category. Automated scans find only part of all possible issues, and a score of 100 does not guarantee conformance.
  • These checks focus on main pages and shared components; they do not cover every element on every page.

This site uses third-party services, including analytics (Google Analytics) and the processing of contact form submissions (Netlify Forms). We do not directly control these, and they may affect accessibility.

Update Log
2026-11-07: Fixed issues found by an automated scan (Lighthouse): missing main landmark, an inappropriate attribute on the menu control, and insufficient text contrast on the contact page (LINE badge and note). We also switched our web font from an external server to delivery from our own site (no visual change). Marked English text inside Japanese pages with lang="en", raised footer text contrast to at least 4.5:1, turned off smooth scrolling and on-screen motion under "reduce motion", and gave the menu toggle an accessible name and open/closed state for screen readers. We also added review dates, our current status, known limitations, third-party services, alternative formats and response times to this page.
2026-10-29: Added English pages across the site, with the HTML language attribute set to match each page.
2026-09-15: Raised our benchmark from WCAG 2.1 to WCAG 2.2, including expanded keyboard focus indicators.
2026-09-14: Identified and corrected a contrast-ratio shortfall (below our 4.5:1 benchmark) in the date and source-citation text on blog pages.
