プライバシーポリシー

合同会社リプレイスメンツ(Replacements, LLC)(以下「当社」)は、国内外のアウトドア・アパレルブランド向けコンサルティング業務において、お客様の個人情報を適切に取り扱うことを重要視しています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、当社が収集する情報とその取り扱いについてご説明します。

1. 個人情報の収集

当社は、以下の目的で必要最小限の個人情報を収集することがあります。

  • お問い合わせフォームやメールでのご連絡時
  • サービスの提供やご案内のため

収集する情報例:会社名、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号(任意)、国・地域、ブランド名(任意)、ブランドURL(任意)、現在の販売状況、開始時期(任意)、当社を知ったきっかけ(任意)、ご相談内容

2. 個人情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用します。

  • お問い合わせへの対応
  • サービスに関するご案内
  • 当社サービス向上のための分析・改善

3. 個人情報の第三者提供

当社は、次の場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

  • 法令に基づく場合
  • 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合で、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難なとき
  • その他、個人情報保護法で認められる場合

なお、アクセス解析とお問い合わせフォームの送受信・保管のため、第4条・第5条に記載する外部サービスを利用しています。

4. Cookie・アクセス解析ツールの使用について

当社サイトでは、サイトの利用状況を把握し改善に役立てるため、Google LLCが提供するアクセス解析ツール「Google Analytics」を使用しています。これにより、Cookie識別子、閲覧したページ、IPアドレス、ブラウザ・端末の情報がGoogle LLCに送信されます。当社はこれらの情報を、氏名などの個人情報と結びつけていません。

Google LLCでの情報の利用については、Googleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。送信を停止したい場合は、Google Analytics オプトアウト アドオンをご利用いただくか、ブラウザの設定でCookieを無効にしてください。

5. お問い合わせフォームの送信・管理について

当社サイトのお問い合わせフォームは、サイトのホスティングも行っている米国のNetlify, Inc.が提供するフォーム送信機能(Netlify Forms)を利用して送受信・保管しています。これは外国にある事業者への個人データの取扱いの委託にあたります。Netlify, Inc.とは、同社のデータ処理契約(Data Processing Agreement)により、当社の指示の範囲内での取扱い、従業者の守秘義務、安全管理措置、再委託先の管理などが定められており、当社はこれにより個人情報保護法第28条第1項に定める体制が整備されていると判断しています。当社は同社の公表情報を年1回程度確認し、ご本人の求めに応じて、同条第3項に基づく情報を提供します。なお、迷惑メールの判定のため、送信内容は同社の再委託先(Akismet)でも処理されます。詳細はNetlify, Inc.のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。フォームに入力された情報は、お問い合わせへの対応、および当社サービス向上のための分析・改善(当社を知ったきっかけの集計など)以外の目的では使用しません。

6. 情報の安全管理

当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損などを防ぐため、次の安全管理措置を講じています。

  • 組織的・人的措置:個人情報を取り扱う者を代表者に限定しています。
  • 物理的・技術的措置:業務に使用する端末およびクラウドサービスには、パスワード等によるアクセス制限を設けています。
  • 外的環境の把握:当社は、米国の事業者が提供するクラウドサービス(お問い合わせフォームの送受信・保管、業務データの保管など)を利用しています。米国の個人情報保護に関する制度を、個人情報保護委員会が公表する調査結果などにより把握したうえで、安全管理措置を講じています。

7. 個人情報の保存期間

個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、または法令上必要な期間保存します。保存期間を経過した情報は、適切な方法で削除または廃棄します。

8. お問い合わせ

個人情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせ・苦情、および利用目的の通知・開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等のご請求は、下記までご連絡ください。ご本人確認の上、法令に従い対応いたします。開示は書面または電子データで行い、手数料はいただきません。

Replacements, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") places great importance on the appropriate handling of personal information in the course of our consulting services for outdoor and apparel brands worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

1. Collection of Personal Information

We may collect the minimum personal information necessary for the following purposes:

  • When you contact us via our inquiry form or by email
  • To provide or introduce our services

Examples of information collected: company name, name, email address, phone number (optional), country/region, brand name (optional), brand URL (optional), current sales status, timeline (optional), how you heard about us (optional), and message.

2. Purpose of Use

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries
  • Providing information about our services
  • Analysis and improvement of our services

3. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

  • Where required by law
  • Where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent
  • Other cases permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information

We use the external services described in Sections 4 and 5 for site analytics and for sending, receiving, and storing inquiry form submissions.

4. Use of Cookies and Analytics Tools

Our site uses Google Analytics, an analytics tool provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. As a result, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, IP addresses, and browser and device information are sent to Google LLC. We do not link this information to your name or other personal information.

For how Google LLC uses this information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy. To opt out, please use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or disable cookies in your browser settings.

5. Contact Form Submission and Management

Our inquiry form is submitted and stored using Netlify Forms, a service provided by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which also hosts our website. This constitutes entrusting the handling of personal data to a business operator in a foreign country. Netlify's Data Processing Agreement requires, among other things, that Netlify process data only on our instructions, keep it confidential, maintain security measures, and manage its sub-processors; on this basis, we consider that Netlify has established the system required under Article 28, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. We review Netlify's published information about once a year and, upon your request, will provide information in accordance with Paragraph 3 of the same Article. Form submissions are also processed by Netlify's sub-processor (Akismet) for spam filtering. For details, please refer to Netlify's Privacy Policy. Information submitted through the form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to analyze and improve our services (for example, by aggregating how visitors heard about us).

6. Information Security

We take the following security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information:

  • Organizational and personnel measures: Access to personal information is limited to our representative.
  • Physical and technical measures: Devices and cloud services used for our business are protected by passwords and other access controls.
  • Understanding of the external environment: We use cloud services provided by businesses based in the United States (for sending, receiving, and storing inquiry form submissions, storing business data, etc.). We take security measures based on an understanding of the personal information protection framework in the United States, drawing on research published by the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan and other sources.

7. Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law. Information is deleted or disposed of using appropriate methods once the retention period has elapsed.
